The annual Salem Pride Flag Rising Ceremony took place Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at 12:00pm to launch Pride Month. Businesses and community members sent representatives to raise flags at Riley Plaza, Salem. The Hawthorne Hotel, Salem No Place for Hate, The Rainbow Times, Vampfangs, Georgia Made This, Mayor Kim Driscoll, Gigi Gill, and many others were present to show their support.
The North Shore Pride Parade and Festival are Saturday, June 22 at noon, with various other events happening throughout the month. Check out our events page for more listings.
