District Trading Company is a clothing and lifestyle brand founded in 2019 by urban planner turned designer Matt Smith. Based in historic Salem, Massachusetts, we create original graphic apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods inspired by New England’s coastal culture and creative spirit. Our commitment to local production and community support sets us apart, with up to 5% of sales supporting local arts education and LGBTQIA+ youth programs.
