About Us
Greg Coles Dance and Drum, led by world-class instructor Greg Coles, brings authentic African and Latin dance instruction to communities across Massachusetts’ North Shore. As a former Alvin Ailey scholarship student with formal training in ballet, jazz, modern, African, and Latin dance, Greg has dedicated his career to sharing the joy of dance with thousands of students of all ages and backgrounds. Our mission centers on building community through the arts, offering instruction in multiple locations including Newburyport, Ipswich, Peabody, Salem, Hamilton, and Gloucester.

Dance Instruction
Our dance instruction program is the cornerstone of Studio FOLI, featuring comprehensive training in African and Latin dance styles. Classes are taught personally by Greg Coles, sometimes accompanied by skilled assistants, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction across all locations.
