Thanksgiving means a lot of things to a lot of people: delicious food, spending time with friends and family, lots of football, lots of pie, a chance to pretend you’re out of town when really you’re staying home to play with your cat…

Whatever it is to you, the North Shore is filled to bursting with fun things to do this weekend and during Thanksgiving week. Here is Creative Collective’s Guide to things to do, food to eat, and ways to give back this Thanksgiving holiday.

Thanksgiving Week

November 10-24 – PoBoys and Pies – Thanksgiving Pie Pre-Orders

PoBoys and Pies have teamed up with OctoCog to support their efforts for Chef Cycle. Founder Dan Donato will be amongst 300 chefs in a 300-mile bike ride set to take place in Oregon next year in order to raise funds for No Kid Hungry, a national, non-profit organization that is working on ending child hunger in the U.S.

They’re donating $3 from every one of PoBoys and Pies pre-ordered Thanksgiving pies to OctoCog’s chef cycle efforts. They will also be donating $5 from every piece of merchandise they sell. The last day to order pies is Sunday, 11/24 – Use this link to place your order!
