Bass in the Grass: A Beverly Main Streets Project – PHOTOS

This past weekend Beverly Main Streets hosted Bass in the Grass at Hale Farm in downtown Beverly.

Local artists painted 31 large bass-shaped profiles for the event on August 15 and 16. The Bass were arranged on the lawn behind the historic house, allowing visitors to walk through and view and bid on them in the online auction.

If you weren’t able to make it to Hale Farm this past weekend, you have plenty of other chances to see the Bass as they will be on display outside downtown Beverly businesses until September 18.

You can view the Bass and bid online. The secure online auction will be held August 15 – September 18. The winning bid will be split between the artist and Beverly Main Streets.
