In your own words, tell us about your business, organization, or initiative.

We partner with organizations to leverage Salesforce to bring them to the next level of managing information about their constituents, whether it be donors, participants, volunteers, or all of the above. We meet organizations where they are at and provide end-to-end services, including assessment, implementation, system overhaul, and support. Finally, we empower organizations and their staff to maintain the system and grow with their changing organizational needs.

Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do. Share your passions for your business, organization, or initiative.

As someone who comes from the nonprofit sector, I’ve seen so many people struggle unnecessarily with systems that don’t make sense and believe these tools should aid in the work of social change, not hinder it. I joke that my superpower is “creating order from chaos” and I feel passionate about helping nonprofits align their technology, people, processes, and information to best meet their needs.

What is the last thing you read, watched, or listened to that had an impact on you?

My favorite book is Fifth Sacred Thing by Starhawk and I love her vision of a utopian society which honors the earth and one another. I’ll actually be leading a book group on it this summer for anyone who’s interested.

What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?

My first business was as a professional organizer (think “does it spark joy?”) though I also had experience as a community organizer. I think my work now blends my skills for organization with my passion for social justice.
