New Year’s Eve Salem – Launch! with Salem Main Streets – Salem, MA
Kick off the New Year at Old Town Hall with the 6th annual LAUNCH!, Salem’s FREE family-friendly community event and countdown, courtesy of Salem Main Streets and the City of Salem. The event is from 4-6PM and includes Hat Making, a Photo Booth, Face Painting, Activities and Games, and an early countdown right before 6PM.
The event is free for everyone, but there is a $5 suggested donation.
Gulu Gulu New Year’s Eve Luau – Salem, MA
Ring in 2019 at Gulu Gulu Cafe’s annual New Year’s Eve Party in Salem, MA! Come on down to Gulu for some fun in the sun for their New Year’s Eve Beach Bash! Palm trees, beach balls, limbo and surf rock! Listen to Tsunami of Sound from Natick, MA rocking the house and keeping it cool as everyone parties on the “beach” all night long!

Beauport Hotel NYE on Land and Sea – Gloucester, MA
The Beauport Hotel in Gloucester is offering not one but two events this upcoming New Year’s Eve: The New Year’s Eve Cruise with Beauport Cruiselines and the New Year’s Countdown to Midnight at Beauport’s 1606 Cafe.
For the countdown, make reservations with 1606 Cafe by calling 978.491.5090. The event will also feature a special four-course NYE menu from 5PM to 9PM for $75 (excludes tax and gratuity.) and a complementary fondue station in the lobby.

Besides headlining A-List comedy clubs for over thirty years, Paul has also opened for over sixty internationally known recording acts including Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Tom Jones, Tony Bennett, The Beach Boys, Chicago, The Four Tops, The Temptations, The Doobie Brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis, Lyle Lovett, and George Carlin, and has performed in many famed entertainment venues ranging from the legendary Friar’s Club and the main ballroom of New York City’s Waldorf Astoria, to the main showroom at Harrah’s Casino and Caesar’s Palace.

New Year’s Eve Pajama Party at the Lobster Shanty – Salem, MA
Join the good folks at the Lobster Shanty for a Mellow Good Time as they ring in the New Year, Shanty-style. Wear your favorite PJs and enjoy some tunes spun by DJ Lee Wolf, there may even be dancing!
The regular menu will be available until 9 pm and then there will be a special menu of tapas style nibbles & appetizers for you to nosh on the rest of the evening. There will also be a champagne toast at Midnight.
There is no cover to attend the event, but the organizers encourage you to bring some non-perishable food or toiletry products for their annual donation to Beverly Boostraps Food Pantry.

Ward Hayden and the Outliers will open for Peter Wolf and play a set in Streetside following the show!
Ward Hayden and the Outliers, formerly known as Girls, Guns and Glory (GGG), is a band from Boston, Massachusetts. Their music is a mix of old school country, early rock ‘n’ roll, blues, and country rock. Inspiration is taken from Hank Williams, Johnny Cash and Johnny Horton classics. Ward Hayden and the Outliers has garnered four Boston Music Awards (BMA).
