In your own words, tell us about your business, organization, or initiative.
Here in Salem, Chambers of Terror, the Vampire Ghost Adventures tour, and the Fireside Ghost Story shows we offer are of the highest quality and I take a lot of pride in entertaining the guests and residents here in the witch city. We strive to be the go-to source for some of the custom tailored unique experiences in Salem.
Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do. Share your passions for your business, organization, or initiative.
I have been working in this town on and off for over 30 years. I’ve built or worked on many attractions in town and still help maintain the. I used to design build and run the original Spooky World when it was in MA. I’ve been in the Professional haunted attraction business and education for over 30 years. I love educating and entertaining people, and often do both at the same time. Do you have something you want designed, scripted, or built? Special effects or engineering of effects are one of my specialties and I’d love to help. I’m impressed by art and experiences that affect people and that is the kind of experiences and effects I love to create. I’ve been lucky enough to have the skillsets required to make these a reality.
What is the last thing you read, watched, or listened to that had an impact on you?
His & Hers on Netflix, great twists in every episode right up to the end.
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?
Chambers of Terror Haunted House customizes the scare per group. We usually have the scare level at 10, but we can do any increment all the way down to a 1, which gets you all the show with none of the scare, so we like to think we have something for everyone. It’s still dark so we give you a “magic” candle to help light the way during your tour at a level 1 for example. Have little ones that still want spooky, or have someone with PTSD? we can help you have a spooky entertaining experience without being traumatized.
