Creative Collective Members Win Big at BONS 2025
Northshore Magazine’s Best of the North Shore 2025 awards results are in, and we’re excited to congratulate our Creative Collective members who earned recognition across all six BONS categories. With over 150,000 votes cast, these wins represent real community appreciation for the quality and service our members provide.
DINE Winners
Ledger Restaurant & Bar had an outstanding year, taking home four awards:
- Editors’ Choice: Burger
- Readers’ Choice: General Excellence
- Editors’ Choice: 10 Places for the Best Cocktails
- Readers’ Choice: 10 Places for the Best Cocktails
Turner’s Seafood earned two Readers’ Choice awards:

Sea Level Oyster Bar won Editors’ Choice for Raw Bar.
DRINK Winners
Breaking Grounds Café (Northeast Arc) took Editors’ Choice for Coffee Shop.
The craft brewing scene was well-represented with Granite Coast Brewing winning Editors’ Choice for Craft Brewery, while Notch Brewing claimed three Readers’ Choice awards:

LIVE Winners
Create & Escape earned both Editors’ Choice and Readers’ Choice for DIY Studio.
Salem Farmers’ Market (Salem Main Streets) won Editors’ Choice for Farmers’ Market.

Our entertainment and cultural members showed strong across multiple categories:
The Cabot won two Readers’ Choice awards:
- Date Night
- Live Music
The Castle earned Editors’ Choice for Games/Trivia Night.
North Shore Children’s Museum took Readers’ Choice for Kids’ Program, Early Enrichment (Under Age 6).
Theater was split between North Shore Music Theatre (Editors’ Choice for Live Theatre) and Firehouse Center for the Arts (Readers’ Choice for Live Theatre).
Montserrat College of Art Galleries won Editors’ Choice for Art Gallery, and Peabody Essex Museum claimed Editors’ Choice for Museum.
SHOP Winners
Jenni Stuart Fine Jewelry earned Readers’ Choice for Fine Jewelry.
